Rode VideoMic Pro Second Try Out

Spent another day out videoing on my 500mm Lens to try the RODE VideoMic Pro out with newly learnt manual settings.  Again I perhaps should of taken a macro lens as found a Red Admiral & Common Darter to video at Blashford Lakes this afternoon.

I think the sound is improved – I used 20db and Setting “1” on the microphone and manual sound level ( 4 notches above min )  in the camera.  Wind Reduction noise turned off.

I should also point out this is with just the supplied cover and no “Dead Cat” which would help further for wind noise.
